In order to effectively develop students’ reading abilities, educators are constantly seeking innovative and engaging teaching methods. One approach that has gained recognition in the field of language education is the use of authentic materials in teaching reading. Authentic materials, such as newspapers, magazines, and websites, provide learners with exposure to real-world language use and cultural context, which can significantly enhance their reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.
