Abstract

At present, planting and growing universal plants with high yield, water saving, adaptability to various factors of climate change, marketable in the world market, medicinal and high biomass is the demand of the time. At the same time, one of the important issues is to find types of crops that give a high yield in a short period of time for efficient use of irrigated land. One such valuable plant is amaranthus.

Due to its high productivity and valuable chemical composition, the amaranth plant is currently used in the world as food, fodder, siderate crops and is important for obtaining biologically active substances.
