Кузатувлар 2 ёшдан 44 ёшгача бўлган тери (зонооз) лейшманиози билан касалланган 43 та беморда олиб борилди. Барча касалланган беморларда тери (зооноз) лейшманиози ташхиси клиник, эпидемиологик ва паразитологик усулда тасдиқланди.
10 нафар соғлом шахслар, 12 нафар Тери лейшманиози билан касалланган ва анъанавий даво муолажаларини олган (назорат гуруҳи) беморларда ҳамда 43 нафар Гепон иммуномодуляторини 15 кун давомида маҳаллий ва ичишга қўлланилгандан (асосий гуруҳ беморлари) кейин қон таркибидаги Интерлейкин-4 миқдори кўрсаткичлари ўрганилганда улар сезиларли даражада ўзгаришларни кўрсатди.
