Masofaviy oʻqitish tizimi har bir darajadagi barcha ob’ektlar oʻrtasida toʻliq yaxlitlikni talab qiladi. Yaxlitlikni ta’minlashdan tashqari, butun tizimda riskni minimallashtirishni ta’minlash uni tashkil etishning yana bir muhim usuli hisoblanadi.
