Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktab yosh avlodning dunyoqarashini tarkib topish, g‘oyaviy, siyosiy jihatdan chiniqtirishi, yuksak axloqiy fazilatlarga ega qilishi, ma’naviy-ma’rifiy jihatdan yetuk, mehnatga va ongli kasb tanlashga tayyorlashi lozim. Bu vazifalarni hal qilishda o‘qituvchi muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Chunki u bir sinf sharoitida tarbiyaviy vazifalarni amalga oshirishga qaratilgan ishlarni tashkil etadi va boshqaradi.
