Abstract

Voyaga yetmagan shaxslarning psixologiyasi va xulq-atvoridan kelib chiqib, aytish mumkinki ular voyaga yetgan shaxslarga nisbatan jinoyat qilishga ko‘proq moyil. Tashqi ta’sir, atrof muhitning o‘zgarishi va ularning psixologiyasidagi kichik o‘zgarishlar bunda katta ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada Voyaga yetmagan jinoyatchi shaxsi ijtimoiy-kriminologik va pedagogik tadqiqot ob’ekti sifatida qanday holatlarni qamrab olishi mumkinligi haqida atroflicha bayon qilinadi.
