Abstract

Warm-up activities are exercises or activities performed at the beginning of a workout or physical activity session to prepare the body for more intense physical exertion. The purpose of warm-up activities is to gradually increase heart rate, body temperature, and blood flow to the muscles, which helps to prevent injuries and improve performance.
