Ushbu maqolada Jinoyat va jinoyat-protsessual qonunchiligini takomillashtirishning ustuvor yoʻnalishlarini ishlab chiqish va amalga oshirish maqsadida Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2018-yil 14-maydagi PQ–3723-son qarori bilan tasdiqlangan Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining Jinoyat va jinoyat-protsessual qonunchiligini takomillashtirish konsepsiyasi qabul qilindi hamda mazkur konsepsiyada asosida jinoyat va jinoyat-protsessidagi ayrim institutlarni takomillashtirish vazifasiga doir masalalar yoritilgan.
