Abstract

Bugungi kunda dunyo aholisi sonining tobora ortib borishi, insoniyatni oziq – ovqatga bo‘lgan ehtiyojining ortishiga sabab bo‘lmoqda. Shu jumladan turli patogen va fitopatogen mikroorganizmlarning yangi, agressiv shtammlari paydo bо’layotgani hamda ularning ortidan tirik organizmlarda jiddiy kasalliklarning yuzaga kelayotgani global muammoligicha qolmoqda
