Ushbu maqolada, bo‘lajak tibbiyot xodimining kasbiy muloqotini rivojlantirishda hamkorlikda o‘qitish metodlaridan samarali foydalanish asosida ularning bilimi, malakasi va kasbiy kommunikativ ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishning ahamiyati va afzalliklari haqida mulohazali fikrlar keltiriladi. O‘zbekiston ta’limini modernizatsiya qilish sharoitida mutaxassislarning kasbiy malakasini shakllantirish dolzarb pedagogik muammodir.
