ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE OF ROAD SURFACE QUALITY ON TRAFFIC SAFETY
Abstract
Calculated speed is the most important operational indicator in traffic on roads and serves as a basis for determining the parameters of the technical elements of the road. Estimated speed is determined depending on the category of roads, topography, traffic safety conditions.
